The issue in GetHuman-bbayly's own words
I was being charged for premium account on LinkedIn, so i used the customer service tool to chat to a staff member on a live chat. I told them how i did not know i was being charged and i was a student. They promised to refund the * payments that i had been charged (**.** x*). This money came into my account last week, however they deducted me a further **.** the day before refunding me. Meaning they deducted me twice this month. Therefore i am owed £**.**- it is outrageous that they tried to charge me an extra time before refunding me.

GetHuman-bbayly did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
