My issue was not resolved asked if I called Linked IN I told them yes but it kept tellling me to push one for the company address and then hung up I was waiting for other options. The most unfriendly system I have ever used. No one to help you. Seems to me the reps could be able to work from home if that is the reason no one is manning the customer service phones.

I was trying to cancel my subscription ... I didn't have a problem with your product but I haven't used it for along time. My issue is that I need to cancel what you are charging me because I don't even remember giving anyone at linked in permission to take funds from my account. The customer service phone number does not work though it says I a can talk with a live representative. I am no longer employed and cannot afford to pay for Linked -in another day let lone another month. i just spent ** minutes on a chat with Ms. Pearlie Wilson who kept promising to put in contact with a expert while trying to get me to fill out a form for * days access for a membership that will revert to a membership that would cost me $**.** a month. Now if I can't pay $**.** why would she think I could pay $**.**. If can't help me let me know because in a hour or so I will be taking another route to resolve the issue.
This was especially frustrating: Because I spent ** minutes with a Person Ms. Pearl or Pearlie Wilson who could not answer my question and kept trying to get me to fill out a new from that would revert to a member ship for $**.***month after the seven days, when I had just explained to her that was unemployed and could not afford it. The customer service phone number would only give you the address and nothing else and I have had to enter this same information * times.
I want this account cancelled today July **, **** and funds taken from my account after yesterday refunded.No because I am unable to work.
