I have two LinkedIn accounts under the user IDs [redacted] and [redacted] The one linked to [redacted] is for business purposes, while the other, [redacted], is for personal use. I accidentally tried to merge them and later realized it was a mistake. I requested to separate them again. However, both accounts are now restricted, asking for government ID verification. I have already submitted my driver's license to verify the accounts. Please reactivate both user IDs as mentioned above. I have no intentions of engaging in any cybercrimes and rely on both accounts for important connections and daily interactions. Thank you.

Hello LinkedIn, I am Margery K. from Indonesia, currently a college student in Shenzhen, China. I am unsure why my LinkedIn account has been restricted so soon after creating it without proper usage. Despite submitting my citizen ID and passport multiple times, my account remains permanently restricted. I am confused and seeking clarification, as I have not violated any rules knowingly. I would appreciate assistance with resolving this issue, as I am puzzled why my account has been blocked without much activity on it.

I received notifications through my email about new connections I did not make. I noticed that my profile picture had been changed and people from Chile were added. It seems my account has been hacked by a female dentist. Since I retired three years ago, I would prefer to close my LinkedIn account quickly as it appears unsecure. However, I am unable to do so as my account is now restricted due to suspicious activity. I find it unfair to be assumed guilty when my account was hacked easily. Please close my account promptly. I have a duplicate account that needs to be deleted. I haven't used it in years, and it conflicts with my current job by law. I no longer have access to this account. My current email is [redacted], and the other email associated is [redacted], which I used nearly 10 years ago when I was in real estate. When you search for me online, this old account pops up, causing confusion with my current clients as I am no longer a real estate agent. Please remove this account. Carole Shields - Former Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty in Birmingham, Alabama, has not been active in real estate for nearly a decade. Her LinkedIn profile still shows outdated information that can mislead current customers.

I urgently need to reach LinkedIn as I face a critical situation with a premium trial billing issue. Following an email promising a refund in 5 working days, which I desperately need to retrieve in South Africa, nearly 2 weeks have passed without any reimbursement. In a dire circumstance where I've lost all my belongings including cards, passport, phone, and laptop, I must use the same account for financial transactions. Currently situated on the Zimbabwe border, I am unable to check emails for a week now. Despite explaining my predicament to customer support, I have yet to receive the assistance required. This is an emergency, and I seek prompt resolution.

I accidentally deleted my account when trying to log out to switch to a different one. I only noticed when I received a billing email. Upon logging back in, I discovered that all my data was gone. I attempted to restore it using the link in the "sorry to see you go" email. Unfortunately, as I recreated the account with the same email after deleting it, the link redirects me to the new account. Is there any way to recover my old account and keep all my contacts intact?

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties with my LinkedIn account. I am unable to add people without an email address. I work as a recruiter and rely on LinkedIn for my job. I have around 16,[redacted] connections and have been using the platform respectfully for nearly a decade. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in restoring my recruiter account. In the past, at previous companies such as Evolution Recruitment and ISL Recruitment/Incite Solutions, I was encouraged to add multiple people without personal messages, a practice I did not agree with but was obligated to follow. Back in February, I decided to try out LinkedIn's one-month premium for free. I explored briefly but didn't return. On 05/03/[redacted], I added funds to my debit card. However, on 06/03/[redacted], I was surprised to see a charge of RM342.69 from LinkedIn without any prior confirmation. Generally, I expected LinkedIn to request confirmation before charging me, especially since I was waiting for an email confirmation. There was no mention of being billed after the free trial ended. I was disappointed and hope LinkedIn can refund the amount promptly.

I have been charged $59 monthly for the inactive account, so I would like to ensure the payments are directed appropriately. Despite attempting to reach a support representative numerous times, I have not been successful in speaking with anyone. I am frustrated with the situation. I have emailed the premium LinkedIn team four times to express that I do not want the premium services. However, they have still attempted to charge my account three times. I do not wish to have premium LinkedIn services. Could someone please contact me regarding this matter? My contact number is [redacted]. I will be speaking with my bank today to prevent the payment. This issue not only frustrates me but has also affected my other account payments. I tried calling as well, but was asked for an area code which I do not have. Despite the email deadline being April 3rd, the money has been withdrawn from my account already. I have not received any response from the LinkedIn or premium teams regarding my emails.

I am curious why my access to LinkedIn has suddenly been restricted. I typically use it daily at work, but today while browsing, I got unexpectedly logged out and cannot log back in. I attempted to reset my password with no success. Now, I am being asked to provide my driver's license, which is making me uneasy as it seems suspicious. What further steps can I take? Hello, I was charged $[redacted].98 on my credit card by Linkedin today for renewing the Sales Navigator trial tool. This renewal wasn't authorized, and the trial was supposed to be valid until today, March 12th - the same day it got canceled. As per Brazilian regulations, automatic renewal, especially the way it was done in this case, is considered an unfair practice. I am requesting a full refund of the charged amount, including the IOF tax, as the payment was in US dollars. I am familiar with my rights and intend to pursue legal action to reclaim my money, and any relevant legal action if necessary, unless the company addresses my concerns promptly. I recently opened two browser windows with LinkedIn pages, which led to my account being restricted. I realized this might be the reason after it happened a second time. I don't use any software to scrape information, just a regular user who recently joined LinkedIn after a long professional career in various countries. I have many colleagues and partners to connect with due to my global roles. Could you please lift the restriction and notify me via email when my account is accessible again? I appreciate your help. I enjoy using LinkedIn and have reconnected with many great colleagues from the early 2000s.

I recently changed my name, and now my passport name doesn't match my LinkedIn profile name. Despite providing the advisor with my legal name change document as requested, they are now saying they can't verify me as the account owner due to the name discrepancy. I find this situation frustrating, especially since I have provided additional background information, including a signature that matches on both my old and new names in the legal document. My date of birth is the same, and they have my email address on file. I have experience in customer service and understand identity verification processes, so I am confused as to why they are unable to confirm my identity based on the information provided.
