I am a member of Linkedin under the name Dick Rollyson. My company, Loan Payment Guardian, has a website at www.loanpaymentguardian.com. I recently discovered an unauthorized listing on the internet using Linkedin as part of the address. Upon clicking on the link, I found my picture there, along with the names Greg Dalto and David Brown listed as sales representatives for my company. This listing was not authorized, and neither Dalto nor Brown have any affiliation with my company. Dalto had previously expressed interest in working with us, but later informed me that he was not interested. I did not give him permission to link his name and Brown's name to my company on Linkedin or any other platform. I kindly request that this listing be removed from the internet and Linkedin. Hello, I encountered an issue with my account being restricted and was requested to provide an ID confirmation document. On February 9th, I submitted a photo of my passport. An appeal with reference number [[redacted]60] was opened, but I am still awaiting a response. This restriction has impacted my work as an IT recruiter because I frequently need to add suitable candidates to my contacts. I was considering upgrading to a premium account to have more flexibility. Could you please clarify if there are similar restrictions on premium accounts? I kindly request the restoration of access to my account.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my profile as it seems to be restricted without any explanation. I haven't violated any rules and have made only a few requests to contacts. The information provided is accurate. It seems that my wife may have caused a previous issue resulting in this restriction. To remedy this, we cleared old data from my profile. I have also submitted a document to verify my identity, but have not received any response. The restriction has not been lifted yet, which is frustrating. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

Hello, I am concerned about my name showing up on Google linked to profiles of people I don't know, Lars Böddeker and Denise Dewey-Muno. I would like this association removed as it is not accurate. Google isn't able to remove this, so I'd appreciate it if you could do so. I do not want any public ties to these individuals. I have reviewed the Help section but couldn't find any guidance on how to delete this connection. Under data protection regulations, I request an immediate deletion of this connection. Greetings, I am reaching out regarding an issue with my account access. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to access it due to restrictions placed on it. I accidentally remained on the premium plan due to mobile app issues, leading to an automatic payment deduction from my account without notice. I urgently need the funds back to purchase electricity, considering the situation with electricity in South Africa. I need help with canceling my LinkedIn Premium subscription. I tried to unsubscribe earlier, but it wouldn't let me remove my credit card information during the free trial. Today, on February 14th, I was charged USD [redacted].88, which I did not intend to pay. I am requesting a refund as this amount is significant for me (equivalent to almost RM1k). I recently signed up for a free trial of LinkedIn Premium, not realizing the yearly subscription was selected. After encountering confusion with Navigator and being unable to reach anyone for assistance, I logged out and awaited my expiration notification. To my surprise, I was charged $[redacted] on my credit card without receiving any email notification. Upon noticing the charge and canceling online shortly after, I struggled to find a way to contact LinkedIn directly as they do not provide phone support. It took me about a week to locate the refund request option on their website, but unfortunately, I never received a response. Subsequently, I had to dispute the charge with my bank by providing all the necessary documentation for them to investigate the matter further. It's been ongoing, and I am still awaiting a resolution from the bank. It seems that LinkedIn's lack of direct customer support makes it challenging for users to reach out for assistance when needed.

Hello, I used my personal account to post a job, then subscribed to Recruiter Lite, but now I cannot access the job I posted. Recruiter Lite indicates that I have no jobs posted, yet my personal LinkedIn states that I have one job posted. When I try to view the job on LinkedIn, it redirects me to Recruiter Lite, showing that I have no jobs posted. I need to update, change, or delete the job. The job title is either Civil Engineer, Airfield Civil Engineer, or Aviation Civil Engineer, but I cannot see it. Thank you, SL

After speaking with Michelle, she assured me that the balance would be refunded within 5 working days. However, it has been more than 5 days, and I am still waiting for the reversal. The bankers are claiming that no refund has been credited to my account from LinkedIn. Hello, I am reaching out because my account on LinkedIn was restricted without any explanation. The customer support team requested my ID card, which is in Urdu. They don't support Urdu language, so I followed their alternate option and submitted an affidavit after signing it in front of a legal entity. However, I have not heard back from them. I recently signed up for a Sales Navigator free trial on LinkedIn and received a confirmation email stating the trial ends on February 16, [redacted]. I mistakenly believed I had until today, February 16th, to cancel before being charged, but the fee was taken today. I have now canceled my subscription, but the system shows it will only end in [redacted]. I don't find the service valuable enough to justify the cost and would appreciate a refund for the initial payment.

Last week, I decided to open a LinkedIn account only to discover that my personal email address was already registered, which surprised me as I don't recall doing it before. I proceeded with the 'forgot your password' process and received an email to my personal email address, [redacted], but it was addressed to KKK, which was quite odd. After changing my password, I got a message saying, "Sorry, your LinkedIn account has been temporarily restricted." It asked me to verify my identity through a desktop browser if I believe this is an error. I am concerned that someone may be using my email for their LinkedIn account, which I have had for over 20 years. I created an account with my work email address in the meantime but can access both emails. If anyone can help me understand this situation and advise on what to do next, I would appreciate it.

My LinkedIn account has been compromised, and I have received an email from LinkedIn Security informing me that an unfamiliar email address has been added to my account. Despite attempting to follow the steps to remove the unauthorized email, I am unable to sign in successfully. I receive error messages stating that my password is incorrect or that my emails are not linked to my LinkedIn account. I urgently require assistance in restoring my LinkedIn profile by re-linking my emails and setting a new password.

My account, Dr. Sapna Sharma, has a good following and receives regular responses. The email linked to the account is [redacted] Recently, my account was hacked, and the name changed to Jaseem Zainal. While my posts remained, the contacts were under the new name. My other contacts could still see the profile. After lodging a complaint when I could access the account, the issue persisted, and I was eventually logged out. Additionally, the associated email was hacked. I responded to a mail requesting a government ID to resolve the situation but have not heard back. When attempting to access my LinkedIn account as Dr. Sapna Sharma, it shows as Unavailable, with a separate account for Jaseem Zainal. I am uncertain whether my account was hacked or if there is a technical glitch. I hope for a swift investigation and restoration of my account with all its content and contacts.

I recently attempted to access my account but was met with a notification that it is restricted. I am wondering if it is possible on your end to trace the location of the login activity. I typically only visit LinkedIn to look for job opportunities and have never made any posts since opening the account. Unfortunately, I believe I have been a victim of hacking as the perpetrators managed to obtain all my usernames and passwords from my applications. Following a reset attempt for my email [redacted], I received a message indicating a reset was done, despite my not posting anything. Each time I create a new email address, it gets hacked again, so I am uncertain if I will receive any emails. I received a notification yesterday about my account being locked due to excessive activity, suggesting I might be engaging in scraping or automated behavior on LinkedIn. This is not the case. I recently took on a short-term contract and heavily rely on LinkedIn for profile information. I always manually access the site, never using Chrome Extensions or any scraping methods. Years ago, both my [redacted] and [redacted] profiles were restricted without proper explanation or resolution despite multiple inquiries. I have a long history with LinkedIn and many connections built over time, and referencing LinkedIn extensively should not be considered a violation. I kindly request a reinstatement of my full privileges as this issue is hindering my income opportunities. I look forward to a resolution as a dedicated user of LinkedIn seeking a positive outcome.
