I used to work at the Alannah and Madeline Foundation until September 21, [redacted]. I maintained my premium subscription until January [redacted] before hiding my account, which may now be closed. Last year, I battled breast cancer and was unable to work. Now, I am eager to return to the workforce and find a new job. However, when I attempt to log in, the system recognizes my email and password but continuously loops back to a security check. My previous email was [redacted], and my password was Flaskhush94. I did try creating a new account, but I closed it as all my information is in my old account, which needs updates for my employer, email, contact phone number, and more. I am feeling frustrated after spending an hour trying to resolve this issue. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Warm regards, S. Wellinger

I received a notification about a payment made by PayPal for an automatic setup on my account yesterday. I canceled my subscription on the same day and am hoping for a refund of $[redacted].88. This unexpected charge is a hardship as I am retired and rely solely on Social Security. I was not informed about the [redacted] subscription charge and seem to have been billed for several years without notice. Although I may have agreed to it, I rarely accessed the account and was unaware of an active subscription. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account as my business email has been inactive for 3 years. I couldn't retrieve the verification code sent to my old email. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account was hacked on Tuesday, and an unauthorized email address [redacted] was added to my LinkedIn account. Despite changing my password as prompted, I am unable to access my account. See the forwarded email from LinkedIn Security below for details. This breach occurred on January 29, [redacted], at around 12:18 AM (GMT) from an unknown location. If you need to review or remove the unauthorized email added to your account, follow the instructions provided in the email. Additionally, it is advisable to contact LinkedIn immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

Hello, I am reaching out because I recently tried a premium upgrade to test your services. Unfortunately, I found that I did not utilize it much and did not find it worth the upgrade. The day before I intended to cancel my subscription to avoid charges, I only had my phone on hand with no access to a computer. While logging in through my phone's browser (as I was not on WiFi), I searched for my accounts to cancel the subscription but found no option to do so. I planned to wait until today when I would have computer and WiFi access, but I discovered I had already been charged. I am requesting a refund for the payment as it should be easier to cancel subscriptions, especially via mobile devices. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Regards, Nina.

When I tried to log in with my correct password on LinkedIn, it prompted me to input my mobile phone number and Chinese name. After that, it requested a verification code sent to my phone which I entered, but then I received a "the page is prohibited" message. I am accessing LinkedIn on my laptop. My account and profile are under my English name. It seems there might be confusion between the U.S. LinkedIn website and the Chinese version. I only want one account, the U.S. one, so please avoid pushing me to deal with these challenging requirements.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I recently tried a premium upgrade to test your services. Unfortunately, I didn't utilize it much and felt it wasn't worth keeping. The day before I intended to cancel my subscription to avoid charges, I found myself without a computer, only my phone. While trying to log in on my phone (without WiFi), I couldn't find the option to cancel my subscription under my account settings. I planned to do this once I had access to a computer with WiFi, but I've noticed I've already been charged. I believe there should be clearer instructions or mobile options for canceling subscriptions. I would appreciate a refund for the charge. Thank you for addressing this. Nina Howes

Dear LinkedIn Team, I am currently at work. Unfortunately, I lost my phone on the train yesterday. Regrettably, it has not been found. It seems someone has unauthorized access to my LinkedIn and Facebook accounts. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message stating, 'Your account has temporarily been restricted.' I urgently need access to my account as there are messages I need to respond to and important business contacts to follow up with. No one has contacted me regarding this issue. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Kindly help me regain access to my account. Thank you. Sincerely, Mr. R Parmar

Hello, I've been trying to receive contacts and messages sent to [redacted], but the system does not recognize my email address and password when I try to accept a contact. This issue is unacceptable, and I would like an explanation for this inconvenience. I noticed there is a phone number available with an average wait time of 44 minutes, which is inefficient. If the situation does not improve, I will have to disassociate myself from such a poorly managed organization. I am not willing to wait for 44 minutes at premium rates. Please address this matter promptly by explaining, apologizing, and ensuring my information is correctly stored in your system. Otherwise, I kindly request to be removed from your database to avoid further disruptions. Thank you, Nick Clayton

I am extremely frustrated right now. Since January 18th, I have been attempting to reach out to someone. I canceled my trial membership within the 30-day period, yet I was still charged $[redacted]. It appears I mistakenly selected the wrong trial, thinking it was for the premium service, not the recruiter feature. Despite my numerous attempts, all the phone numbers I found online were out of service. When trying to request a refund, the system kept indicating that I didn't have an active subscription. I've been going in circles. I even left a message where I could on LinkedIn but received no response. I have proof in the form of a screenshot that I canceled within the 30-day period. I am adamant about getting this matter resolved and speaking to a real person!

I recently received an unsolicited and inappropriate email that felt like stalking. The sender, Alvin Dwain, reached out to me at [redacted] using a message that made me uncomfortable. I have no intention of responding and wish to report this person and have them blocked. The message expressed wanting to pursue a connection after seeing my LinkedIn profile, admiring my appearance, and expressing a desire for us to become friends. I am seeking guidance on how to handle this situation promptly.

I am encountering difficulty accessing my LinkedIn account online as I am unable to set up the authenticator app for two-step verification. This has led me to be unable to sign in. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact support as it requires signing in to send an email, which is the very issue I am facing. My main concern is getting the authenticator app to function properly. I have attempted to use both Microsoft Authenticator and Duo Mobile, but have not succeeded. I am hoping for assistance in selecting the right app to enable me to regain access to my account, which is essential for me at this time.

We are seeking administrative access to our company page that was initially set up by a former employee. Despite my attempts to request admin access, I have not received a response. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an option to re-request access on the platform. We are willing to provide any necessary verifiable details to facilitate the creation of an admin user for Lighthouse of Broward County. Please reach out to Director of Technology, E. Barrette, at [redacted], or CEO, E. Drotzer, at [redacted] for any required information. You can find further details about our organization on our LinkedIn page at the provided link. Kindly advise on the appropriate steps to proceed with granting us administrative access.

I reached out to a contact for a LinkedIn recommendation, and they provided a note with their email for a potential employer. After thanking them, I accidentally dismissed the part of the recommendation where they offered to give a direct reference to the employer. Now, I am unable to retrieve the full recommendation and see an error message when I try to access it. My contact mentioned that the system is not allowing her to reload it. Can someone assist in resolving this issue with Pamela (Lagos) McNamara's recommendation written by Jane Zeytoonian? I also need help with recommendation requests for Pamela A. McNamara RN BSN. Thank you.

I need assistance with creating a new LinkedIn account. My old account linked to [redacted] was compromised. I am extremely disappointed and feel like a victim of theft. While I was in the hospital last summer, an individual with access to my passwords signed me up for LinkedIn Premium without my consent. I was billed for several months without realizing the unauthorized upgrade had been made, and I was unable to use any of the premium features during that time due to my incapacitation. I have previously reached out regarding this issue, but the response I received did not adequately address my concerns. Instead, it seemed to place blame on me, which only further exacerbated my sense of being wronged. I demand a refund. I did not authorize the upgrade, nor did I benefit from the Premium account that was created. Please refund the money to me promptly. My name is J. Belmas, and you can reach me via email at [redacted]
