I tried to cancel my premium subscription a few weeks ago, and assumed I was successful, because I was not charged last month. I just went to check my banking account, and discovered that I now suddenly have more than $** charged to me out of the blue from LinkedIn —*I need this charge to be immediately removed. I do not want to pay for a product I do not need, especially one which I have expressly already cancelled. I've tried (and failed) to find anyway to actually communicate with a human being about this problem, which makes it even more frustrating. Please immediately remove this charge and ACTUALLY cancel my premium subscription. Thank you to the (hopefully) real live human being who is reading this, for helping resolve this incredibly frustrating issue.
