hello, I am blind and using jaws on my bootcamp Microsoft mac book pro. what I am having difficulty with is using messaging on my lap top. firstly, I cannot find any short cut keys to get me to a new message and then when I go to send the message weather I press the send with my space bar or return key or use the options to send button it lets me check off the send with return key and if I press return on that checked line or the next line that says press return to send sometimes it sends but sometimes it goes to drafts. there is no draft button that I can find and I cannot figure out how to get that draft message back as a live message so I can try to send it again. so I ent up spending * hours today to send * messages that only * really sent, terrible. I have some prepared word documents that I cut and paste into messages which is efficient for me but I cannot get the methodology to use to create the message ( from where do I do that) then cut and paste it, then send it so that other links and images do not get added into my message and because ia m blind I cannot really see what is happening on the message itself. to start a message now I go to the top navigation bar, home, connections, notifications and then messaging, hit return, get put to write a message box which is great but it does not tell me who the message is to, I want it to be to a specific person so I use the tab key to go to the bottom of the message, through all the links that are there all the way around to my profile picture and just beside it is the create a message( pencil picture) hit return and it lets me enter a name of a connection, tab down to the connection I want and press return and tab once of twice until it asks me to write a message, I hit the right hand arrow key once to listen for the word bland instead of edit and then paste my message, then I could tab a few times and get to the send button and it says to me press return to send and I do but most often it does not send from this send button so I have tried to continue one or * more tabs to go to send options, sometimes the button does not open but when it does arrow down to check the check box to send when you press return and either on that line or the line below s called send button it sometimes works and sometimes it goes to drat but it never tells me it is in draft mode and there is no button for drafts anywhere. *my linkedin phone app is a lot better and faster to use but I have to get the text I am sending to connections into my phone by outlook email from a word document. when I open the word document in the email cut and paste it, flip over to linkedin and paste it into my message to the connection it gets all distorted, extra line breaks are added, even extra links from where I do not know and the message looks terrible. the iPhone does not set up to use word documetns in any way. so my question is how can I prepare texts somewhere that I can easily reference and use for the connections and the different messages I need to send to difference connections? *is there a way to save documents in linkedin that I can reference over and over again for my many messages that I want to send out?*I really need some expert help and I was planning to use linkedin as my major marketing plan but right now I am stuck on this problem. *I am told by the rehab center for the blind in montreal that my best option is the linken phone app. *can I run the linkedin phone app on my lap top? will that help me? probably not because of the operating system.**I am sorry but my case is a little hard because I am blind but I really hope you can help me soon on the phone because navigating softwares are not easy for m with my screen reader. *thank you *Sheldon lewis
