Hello, my LinkedIn account seems to have been hacked. I recently received an email from a colleague mentioning a secret shopper opportunity with Mars Research that I did not send. I recently had a free month trial of LinkedIn Premium. I attempted to cancel this feature following online instructions. However, upon checking my account, I couldn't find the subscription settings to cancel. Despite this, I was unexpectedly charged $63.59 on July 15th, likely for the Premium features. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach a customer support representative by phone. After thorough online research, I believe I have successfully cancelled my Premium membership this time. I kindly request a refund for the unauthorized charge of $63.59 on July 15th. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I am trying to cancel my deceased husband's LinkedIn account, but I have been unsuccessful in contacting LinkedIn through various channels. They keep billing my credit card for his account set up on autopay over a year ago. Despite multiple attempts via email and different phone numbers, and even with the help of his business associates, I have had no luck. The account is linked to his work email, which is inactive following his passing in November [redacted]. I urgently need the charges to stop. Please respond to this message.

Hello, I would like to inquire about my LinkedIn Premium membership status. Could you please inform me of the total duration of my membership? Furthermore, I am experiencing limitations on my profile starting this week. Despite searching for individuals associated with "Agoda," a company with a large workforce where I have personal connections, I am only able to see a mere 3 results. This drastic limitation is hindering my job search efforts as a premium member. If my searches yield minimal outcomes for companies with extensive staff, it defeats the purpose of my subscription. I am contemplating canceling my membership in favor of alternative methods to communicate with potential contacts. Hello, I go by the name Maxwell A. on LinkedIn. I signed up for LinkedIn Premium and was charged after the 30-day free trial. I’ve tried to cancel my subscription through the app on both my phone and computer but couldn’t locate how to do it. I spoke with my bank to cancel it, but unfortunately, I haven’t received my refund. I just saw that I've been charged for the second month. Being in the UK, the phone numbers available online aren't toll-free. Due to financial constraints as a student, I kindly ask for your help to cancel my subscription and refund the charges for both months. I appreciate the benefits of Premium, but my current situation doesn’t allow for it. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I believe my account was hacked because my friends and contacts have informed me that suspicious messages are being sent in my name. The hacker has changed my password, preventing me from logging in. Despite the poor grammar and misspellings on the solicitation messages, I can't access my account to correct the issue. The password reset link sent to my primary email address is not working. I provided verification on your website yesterday (DL) to confirm my identity, but was unable to resolve the problem online. Unfortunately, your telephone support is inactive. Hi Ellen, I just had a chat with you. I am having trouble opening LinkedIn emails that I receive. It's frustrating because these are the only emails I can't access. The issue started on June 5, and I also couldn't open one received a few days ago. I've noticed many others are facing the same problem with accessing their emails. Hello, I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account under the name Matthew Mooney. Despite following all the necessary steps to resolve the issue, including verifying my identity with my license, I have not been successful in logging in or receiving any emails. I am looking to have my account permanently deleted. I have attempted to reach out to LinkedIn through various phone numbers but have not been able to get through to anyone for assistance. In April, I accepted a free trial offer for a premium membership. I acknowledge not canceling within the required timeframe and only did so after being charged $64. Subsequently, I noticed two additional charges of $65 each. Despite canceling premium two months ago, I am requesting a refund for those two months and official confirmation of the cancellation in writing to prevent future charges. I recently joined LinkedIn and when setting up my profile, I received a message stating that my email or account was already in use. It directed me to a profile of someone with the same name and school as me, claiming to work at Farmers Insurance, which is inaccurate. It seems like they are using my email address. I've never used LinkedIn before, so I believe this is a case of mistaken identity. I would appreciate a call back to address this issue. We can either merge the accounts if it's an old email of mine, although I doubt it because I've had this email for the last three years, or remove the duplicate profile. The individual listed as the account owner is no longer associated with the company. As the Executive Director of Ethical Markets Media, I need to either manage this trademark account or have it deleted. A new company profile will be created with proper administrative authority. I have a personal profile at www.linkedin.com/in/larae-long-132a4279 and Ethical Markets Media (Primary) has a page at www.linkedin.com/company/[redacted]/admin/. EthicMark® Awards can facilitate trademark registration with links to Ethical Markets Media and myself as Executive Director. We have made several attempts to contact the current admin/owner of EthicMark Awards with no success. I anticipate your response on the best course of action for this change to be made.

Hello! I have noticed that there are two profiles under my name on LinkedIn. The profile without a photo needs to be removed immediately. I am unsure how to do this without accidentally deleting my actual profile with a photo. Additionally, I would like my education to be listed in reverse date-order, with my main education being from Stockholm University. I do not wish to receive emails from Mr. Mikko Simolinna, as he assaulted me several years ago when I was pregnant. I am also receiving LinkedIn notifications daily in my email inbox, and I am unsure which password is associated with my account. Please ensure these issues are rectified promptly so that I only have one accurate profile on LinkedIn. It is essential that no one else shares my name on the platform unless there has been identity theft. Managing contacts may become overwhelming. Thank you for your assistance. I need help understanding my LinkedIn accounts before upgrading to premium. One account shows only 2 connections, and I received recommendations to personalize my profile and feed. I am currently unable to access my LinkedIn account. My account was hacked previously and my primary email address was changed to a strange one. When I tried to remove the weird email address, I lost access to my account. During the hack, my contacts received strange messages about a Safeway scam. The individual listed as the account owner is no longer affiliated with the company. This account, representing a trademark, should be managed by me, LaRae Long, the Executive Director at Ethical Markets Media. If this change is not possible, the account should be deleted. A new company profile will be created with the necessary administrative permissions for the corporation. Our organization, Ethical Markets Media, requires control over the trademark registration, linking it back to us with myself as the Executive Director. Despite numerous attempts, we have been unsuccessful in contacting the current admin/owner of EthicMark Awards. We kindly request that the ownership be transferred to me, LaRae Long, and that Victoria Kamsler be removed from any association with EthicMark® Awards or Ethical Markets Media. I haven't used LinkedIn for a while and have trouble accessing my account. I believe it's due to outdated information. The email associated with my account is Mansfield Bank. When I tried to update it on LinkedIn, the link was sent to my work email, M Johnson@Bank, but my workplace restricts access to LinkedIn. My personal email is MJ[redacted]@.com, without spaces, and my cell number is [redacted]. At work, my email is MJohnson@Bank. I uploaded a copy of my Rhode Island driver's license as verification. I used to log in easily through the LinkedIn app on my previous phone, but after losing it, the link didn't transfer to my new device. Can someone advise me on how to regain access to my account?

I inadvertently created three alias accounts on LinkedIn and unknowingly violated their policy by obtaining a free trial of Sales Navigator for each account. Shortly after, my accounts were restricted, and I was prompted to verify my ID. Despite assuming the accounts were deleted, I was charged for Sales Navigator subscriptions on all three. I attempted to address this with my credit card company, but they couldn't assist. I only utilized Sales Navigator briefly on each account before they were blocked. I am seeking guidance on how to potentially obtain a refund for these charges. Thank you for any assistance.

To whom it may concern, I am currently on a Premium trial with LinkedIn and I have noticed that the job recommendations I receive do not align with my education and background. Despite my efforts to update my profile for better matches, I continue to receive irrelevant suggestions. I am specifically interested in roles such as researcher or analyst in areas like think tanks, research institutes, and universities within social sciences such as politics and humanities. However, I keep getting recommended positions like manufacturing engineer, iOS developer, senior iOS developer, data and software developer, which are completely unrelated to my profile. I am currently attempting to access my LinkedIn account but have encountered an issue with my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my previous work email address provided during registration. I have tried the Verify your identity options, but I am unable to proceed past the step as it requires me to input my Personal profile URL, which I do not have saved on my personal computer.
