I had a ** day trial for premium. I have been a member for at least ** to ** years. I was under the impression that I had til today to cancel. The email that the account is under is full and my emails get bounced back, so I had no warning.i used my wife's debit card to use for the trial. She saw the charge for **.** and is upset that her account was charged. She called the bank to dispute the charge because it is not her account. The bank asked if I could ask you to reverse the charge first before she disputes the charge. Please let me know if you are able to reverse the change.*The last * of the card are ****.*If you are unable my wife will have to dispute the charge since she did not authorize the card. Please email me back at *****@***.com. You have this email but it says unverified.
