Premium business plan ... LinkedIn debted my PayPal account for their premium service plan without my approval and they did this in an unethical manner, taking our the funds without notifying me this was going to occur. They charged me for a full year of services and didn't give me the option of selecting the monthly payment plan. And, the did this * day before my trial subscription was to end. I recieved no Communication from them in advance. PayPal is not reversing the charge without a ** day grace period for them to respond.
What they did was unethical and I think is against the law.
I want the transaction voided and money returned to my PayPal account immediately
This is not about me being a good customer, it about LinkedIn taking money from me without verifying it in advance.
Contacted PayPal customer service and they are not supporting me in this situation in reversing the transaction and returning my funds. I have not been able to find a contact number for LinkedIn customer service.
