I signed up for a free Premium trial. In the end I realised that it was not useful for me and it did not bring more added-value. I was travelling for my work and while I tried * before the * month deadline to unsubscribe, the linkedin website did not load. I cancelled my subscription on the day of the renewal date and I was sure that it was cancelled. ** days later my credit card was charged. I did not receive any reminders to my email and also no email to confirm that I am now subscribed to a premium account. I find the process is not transparent at all and I would like to claim my full refund and switch to a basic account immediately, please. Many thanks, Sybilla Britani
