Hello,**So, pretty infuriated. I did the one month LinkedIn learning trial. I then canceled before the cutoff date. I had to look up the steps to cancel successfully, as it was not readily apparent, but after ensuring on your own website the correct procedure was followed, I canceled and it showed I had done so. **My boyfriend looks at his statement today (he let me use his card as the placeholder payment card), and guess what- charged for a month. I log onto my LinkedIn account (which I had not done since deleting the LinkedIn Learning Premium account) and guess what- I still have premium!**Are you serious guys? I planned fully well on paying in the future for premium services to network more effectively during*after I return to school. This shady business practice is not behavior I want to support with my dollars. **Please, let's resolve what I will just call an error on your end, so I can restore my hope for LinkedIn.**My username*email is *****@***.com, and the card is under Steven C Sweet, Visa card ending in ****
