Hello, I am Nolan Brown, and my account is under the name Sweet Fever. I was mistakenly charged for 2 months of premium, which I did not intend to use. Upon clicking "request account review," I received a message stating that no premium was purchased, thus no refund. This is an error, and my concern can be resolved by closing my account and refunding $[redacted].78. I currently have no interest in using LinkedIn. I have been attempting to contact LinkedIn about my account. I recently got an email stating I was charged $29.99 for something I do not recall signing up for. Upon checking my purchase history, there are no recent purchases listed. The bill did not specify what the charge was for, and as I do not use LinkedIn and am a stay at home mom, I am confused about this charge. I did not sign up for any services and have not received any confirmation emails. The contact number on the PayPal invoice is inactive. I am looking to reach out to LinkedIn for assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Unfortunately, Linkedin has been sending me potential job candidates' profiles, mistaken me for an employer in need of candidates, when I am actually urgently seeking employment. We are currently experiencing issues with our Recruiter LinkedIn account after integrating with the ATS system Smart Recruiters. Since the integration, all incoming applicants and notifications that were previously sent to our email have ceased. It seems they are now being redirected to Smart Recruiters, even though our ATS system is not operational yet and we are still in the integration phase. Our request is to revert to the previous setup, where applications and notifications are sent back to our email, by disconnecting the integration with Smart Recruiters. We can provide the necessary account credentials for the Recruiter account once contacted.

I am disappointed with the customer service provided here. I reached out to real estate investors and my account got suspended, which defeats the purpose of this platform. Despite the encouragement to connect with many people, I faced limitations and poor service. There is a lack of available phone support, with a full mailbox and unresponsive online services. Even when attempting to upgrade my account, the auto-answering system was unhelpful. The overall feedback for this site reflects these issues, with a low rating of 2 out of 5 stars. It's concerning when the platform's own rating is also unfavorable, receiving only 5 out of 10.

There is a LinkedIn account that appears to be mine, Rafael Osiecki. It features a single painting job from [redacted], but the company name is misspelled. I did not create this account and I do not want it to be active as it is misrepresenting me in Google searches. Kindly remove this account as it is against my wishes and gives an inaccurate impression of my current employment status. Thank you.

My account is currently restricted. I am unable to provide a government-issued ID as my only form of ID, my passport, is not something I can send out. The rest of my identification was recently stolen. I believe I have not breached any terms of service unless linking to a client's profile while working on their website is considered a violation. Please provide guidance as I am still making payments on this account. I would like clarification on the specific terms I have allegedly violated as per your policies.

I recently created a LinkedIn account to explore job opportunities. As a first-time user, I was unaware that the platform notifies individuals when someone views their profile. Upon discovering this, I opted to browse anonymously to avoid any unintended awkwardness or the appearance of stalking. Despite this precaution, I felt anxious and decided to delete my account immediately out of concern that my name might still be visible to those I had viewed. Although I had hoped to utilize the account effectively, my lack of understanding led to this hasty decision. I am now curious to know if individuals whose profiles I viewed could still see my name in their views or if they received notifications or emails regarding my profile visit.

My Gmail and LinkedIn accounts were hacked over Christmas. The hacker keeps changing my passwords and taking over my accounts and phone numbers. I've provided my photo ID and a new email, but LinkedIn doesn't recognize them. I've used my work computer to access LinkedIn with my work email. I believe the hacker is using an unrecognized device with the serial number: MAC : C1MWMC218J1WK. I suspect my identity was stolen through this device and IP. Please investigate and provide me with the device serial number and IP address. My old phone number is [redacted], and my new number is [redacted]. I don't recognize the phone number associated with my account. Thank you.

Hi there, I noticed that over £[redacted] was going to be withdrawn from my PayPal account yesterday, but I canceled the subscription today because I couldn't find a telephone number to contact anyone yesterday. Given that I've recently started a new job with a lower salary, this expense is unmanageable for me at the moment. Could you please confirm that this payment won't be deducted from my account to prevent me from going into debt? I was only trying out the free trial and didn't see much benefit or any inquiries from it in the past 30 days. I thought I was signing up for the monthly subscription to avoid this situation. Dear LinkedIn Support, I attempted to cancel my premium subscription before the 28-day mark. Unfortunately, nearly £[redacted] was deducted, causing me to overdraw and incur penalties from my card issuer. Although I successfully cancelled my subscription and reached out to confirm, I am still concerned. The system reflects the cancellation date as February [redacted], when I no longer require or can afford the service due to personal reasons. I recently closed my LinkedIn account after encountering issues with trying to block two individuals who kept viewing my profile. Unfortunately, they had already blocked me, making it impossible for me to block them back. The individuals have a history of unblocking me to view my profile and then blocking me again. This behavior is unsettling, especially considering they were previously warned by a university for harassing me. I find it astonishing that LinkedIn does not allow users to block individuals who have already blocked them. Most other platforms provide options to block associated email addresses in such cases. I am disappointed that I had to delete my profile, as LinkedIn is widely used in my industry.
