I have two accounts that need to be deleted. I am unsure of the emails, but I suspect the following: Jeremy Henderson, President at Mojaxs Distribution Inc., could be under [redacted] or [redacted] I don't have access to either email and request deletion of the account. Jeremy Henderson, Director of Business Growth & Operations at Market Revolution, may be under [redacted] I also lack access to this email and request account deletion. Both accounts have been inactive for years. I have a new email under [redacted] that I now use. Please confirm when these deletions are completed. If necessary, you can reach me at [redacted]. LinkedIn inadvertently accessed and used a contact list from my device to send unsolicited emails. I urgently request LinkedIn to remove this list/group called SECURITY-DEVOPS,PDL. For reference, I am Wayne Ledebuhr, utilizing the email [redacted] for my current LinkedIn account, along with [redacted] and [redacted] being associated emails. The group in question is SECURITY-DEVOPS,PDL. One of the emails sent reads as follows: Subject: Wayne, view Principal Software Engineer salaries. Hello, I recently received an email from an unknown sender requesting a Bitcoin payment to prevent the release of compromising videos allegedly taken through a hacked webcam. Although I know this is a scam, what worries me is that the email contained an old password of mine, specifically my previous LinkedIn password which I changed in November [redacted] and recently updated as a precaution. I wanted to bring this to your attention in case there has been a security breach in your systems. I attempted to log in to my LinkedIn account (email address: [redacted]) and received a notification that my account has been restricted. Although I rarely use LinkedIn and have not violated any terms of use, I now need to utilize the platform. After verifying my ID, I received an email stating that assistance cannot be provided without permission from the account holder. This is perplexing because I am the account holder. The confusion may be due to my legal name being Leann, while I am commonly known as Annie. My identification shows Leann, but my account displays Annie, my familiar name. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive help from LinkedIn without being logged in, which I cannot do due to the restriction.

I've been a LinkedIn member for over 10 years. While on a business trip in Nigeria, I had trouble accessing my account and was asked to change my password, even though I didn't forget it. After changing my password, LinkedIn restricted my account for supposed violations. I've since sent in my ID verification twice, first with my driver's license and then with my passport, but haven't heard back. It's been over 2 1/2 weeks, which seems excessive for an ID check. I've only ever shared my own profile on LinkedIn, so I'm unsure why this has happened. Is there a way to lift the restriction on my account?

Hello, I noticed a charge of £49.99 on my account yesterday that I was not expecting. I believe it may be related to a course I purchased, but I did not receive any confirmation or notification of this charge. Could you please issue a refund for this amount? Additionally, I took the step to cancel the premium option today due to concerns about my credit card information being stored. After leaving my previous employer (GCS Recruitment Specialists) on January 25th, with a notice period through February 1st, I've become suspicious of my former supervisor. I received contacts from my network alluding to my Vice President reaching out to them immediately. Upon changing my primary email address on LinkedIn connected to LinkedIn Recruiter on the 25th, I've been unable to access it for almost three weeks. I've observed second-degree connections viewing my profile, who are typically the candidates I would engage with at GCS. Today, I received a message from a second-level connection that seemed to be a response to a message I never sent. Given the nature of the response, and my lack of access to LinkedIn Recruiter, it appears my Vice President may have taken over my account and misrepresented me. I suspect he reassigned the license to himself to pose as me, as he has a history of such behavior with his team. Could you please provide me with a log of messages sent through LinkedIn Recruiter under my account/GCS Recruitment Specialists from January 25th until now? I need to confirm if my account is being misused, including the number of messages, their content, and the recipients. I work in a field where my reputation is critical, and I cannot allow someone, especially a former employer, to damage it intentionally. Thank you, G.W.

Hello, I am in need of assistance. I recently signed up for a LinkedIn premium account offer. I believed I had canceled it last Thursday or Friday, but this morning, I saw that I was billed over €[redacted]. My upgraded account was active until midnight yesterday, and the sudden charge is beyond what I can afford. I was under the impression that the subscription was billed monthly, which I was prepared for. I had a one-month trial Premium subscription that ended on February 14, [redacted]. I travel between London and Dusseldorf in Germany weekly for work. Before I agreed to the Premium subscription, I requested to be contacted a day before the trial ended. I demand a refund for my Premium trial subscription as I did not receive any reminder before the renewal. I specifically asked to be reminded before the expiration date, and no one contacted me. You cannot charge my account without confirming my satisfaction with the Premium service, which I was not. Additionally, I did not use the Premium service. Lately, my accounts and devices have been repeatedly breached, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and possibly my phone company. These security breaches happen daily and affect my smartphone, computer, and other devices. I've noticed many users who share my unique last name, which my grandparents created. While there have been Jeremys with the same name in the US, it's rare locally and in Europe. I urge a review of the various Julia Piven accounts for any unusual activity. I've lost access to Facebook due to being flagged and asked for identification unfairly. Thank you.

As a LinkedIn Premium member since [redacted] and a college senior searching for job opportunities, I recently encountered the "commercial use limit" restriction prompting me to upgrade my account. I have invested in the Premium membership to expand my network and secure a job. I am disappointed that this limit impedes my networking efforts. I urge you to restore my access to researching individuals so that I can continue my job search without delays. I am facing two challenges that I need assistance with: 1. I am newly employed at my company and need to update the company page, but I am unable to reset the password. Despite attempting to do so, the reset password link is not being sent to our email address [redacted] Unfortunately, we do not have access to the photo ID required to reclaim the account, nor do we know who originally set up the account. The recurring issue of not receiving the reset password emails is causing frustration as I prefer to retain the original page rather than create a new one. 2. In the event that we are unable to access the original page, I have attempted to set up a new page. However, upon completion, an error message occurs stating, "An error has occurred, please try again later." The lack of information on the nature of the error or how to proceed is inconvenient, especially since the page is urgently needed.

Hello, I have been attempting to contact you by phone for more than two weeks and have also used the contact form three times without success. On 2/6/19, an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].88 was made, presumably for a Premium renewal that was not authorized by me as I did not have automatic renewal enabled. When I checked the site on 2/11, my Premium account was inactive. I do not wish to renew it and would like a refund issued to the card ending in [redacted]. I have one profile that I would like to close as I only have 3 contacts listed under it with profile number 1533b180. My primary profile with [redacted] contacts, including pictures and referrals, is currently pending and I am unable to edit it. The profile number for this one is 9911bo1145. I have another profile with [redacted] contacts that I wish to set as the primary profile and merge it with the existing one that has [redacted] contacts. Unfortunately, I do not have the profile number for this one. I am unable to edit the last two profiles or merge them for some unknown reason. My request is to consolidate these accounts into one single primary profile.
