Hi *My Name is Salima Yousfi. on the **.** Evening, I realised that you have debited my Cr*dit Card for an amount of GBP ***.**. I had one moth Trial Premium. The Trial expired on the **.**.****. I work in Germany, Dusseldorf. I'm commuting between London and Dusseldorf every single week. Before I decided to go ahead with the free Premium. I have said to contact me a day before my Trial expired. I insist on my refund on my premium free Trial Subscription for not receiving any REMINDER before Renewal. I have specifically said to be reminded before the due date and NOBODY did. You can't debit my account without asking if I was satisfied with Premium which I was not. On top of that I have used the Premium. *I would appreciate if you could refund this amount on my account asap. Thanks. Regards. Salima
