If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hi, My account Blanka Herst*email *****@***.com was hacked on **** and spammed all my connections with a request for money. I tried to resolve the issue with your rep Reese who was very helpful. However, before we were able to change password on the account my provider suspended my email and it took me all day yesterday to get it back to work. I would like to conclude the process of restoring my LinkedIn account but do no know how to change my password. Whenever I hit "Forgot password?" when I try to log in, I am directed to a verification site that is supposed to send a link to my email. That never happens. What should I do to to get the password changed? My email is restored and I can again receive mail. I also have a back up email address *****@***.com. It is not registered with LinkedIn. Thanks, BH
