If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-gruther's own words
I am a subscriber of Linkedin's PREMIUM service. Yesterday my account was hacked and someone sent on my behalf around *** invitations to connect along with a "financial product" sales note. I then began the procedures to fix the mess, changing password and sending messages to the people the hacker connected to explaining what happened. Hours after my account was put on restricted mode without ANYONE from Linkedin making any contact with me even though I advised through their chat that my account was invaded and so on. To day I received a non-reply mail from Linkedin saying my account was PERMANENTLY RESTRICTED. This means I cannot access my account. Not even to cancel the service. I use Linkedin as a work tool, to make contact with clients and sell my services, always respecting the rules of the site. Now, not only I do not have access to my page and data, but I cannot cancel the service either.
GetHuman-gruther did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
