I am unable to access my account. Had a free account and a premium account. The free account was set up accidentally with my current work email. The premium account currently has an inactive email. I'm trying to change my premium account email to my current work email, but am in a continual loop of being unable to access my premium account. The free account has been closed over ** hours ago as advised by linkedin, but still can not access my account to edit the email. Can't reset the password, can't update my profile to connect with anyone. I just want to update my profile email. This has been an issue for months and linkedin "support" has been unable to help me resolve it. PLEASE help me! I can't believe how frustrating working with linkedin has been. Why am I paying a premium?
