Hi - I saw that I have been getting charged for Premium since October. I did the free trial for September but remember canceling before the ** days were up, and by chance just saw the other day that the last thing I was charged with was the premium fee, and after going deeper into my bills saw that I had been getting billed since October. I would like a refund on these - I don't receive an email saying that I am getting billed from you guys and I know I canceled back in September.
