I respectfully request a refund for my premium account charges. I signed up for a trial period, never even used it, didn’t log in more than once during that period then ended up in the hospital for a month with a serious infections. I’ve just discovered I’ve been charged $** twice, which overdrafred my account and incurred return check fees. I lost my job while I’m he hospital and these charges hasve seriously complicated my life. Given my dire situation and the fact that I never used any of the premium service, not even logging in more than once since I started the trial, I respectfully request a full refund, As soon as possible.
