If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

My Linkedin was hacked - email & pw changed. I reported this and provided all security they requested and was promised an email with new link. I missed the email one day and then learned it was limited to ** hrs to access. All further attempts to have a new link sent have failed. I i used the lost password link, i am promised an email link but it never arrives. I do not really want to start a new account as I do not want to lose all my links. *I emailed again today - “Case no ******-****** . I have still not been able to access my account. I have not received any further emails from you after having missed the first emailed link at the time as it only lasted ** hours. I PLEAD with you to please send it again so that I can reclaim my account. If it helps, you can send it to my work email *****@***.com as well, so that I actually receive it. If I cannot access*the account, I would like to shut it down completely so that I can make a new account. Is this possible? Many thanks for your help, *Mandy Ellwood”*When I send this it tells me to go to the help centre but I have to log in to do this.
