I cannot reach a human being to discuss the fact you took over $*** out of my account for a Premium subscription I clearly DON'T want. I had to borrow money to cover that amount. I'm furious. Last year you offered a month free trial of Premium and I took it. I was a few days late in cancelling and was charged $**. That was bad enough but to take over $*** out of my bank account is outrageous and I'm filing a complaint. I don't have the money and I've gotten NOTHING out of Premium. I want that money returned and I want to speak to someone. I've tried for a week to call the customer service number and the robot simply states, "Press one for our address." If I don't get my money refunded I'm going to go on every forum LinkedIn and other social media outlets offer to tell them what you did to me. I'm self-employed and that money is critical to my personal bills since I don't always have work.
GetHuman-bkautz did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
