Hi! My name is Natalie Matthews and I have been on the LinkedIn Premium plan for the past year or so. I committed to a job in November and decided I no longer needed the premium service. I cancelled my premium membership in December but was just billed for January premium services. I just again cancelled my premium service just now and want to make sure it is for sure cancelled so I don’t run into this problem again. I would also like to be reimbursed for this month since I already cancelled my membership though it seems it did not go through. Thank you!
