I applied for a free trial, and there was a monthly amount stated for after the free trial. Instead of charging the mo they fee, I was charged the full annual amount, which I’m simply not in a position to afford, but it has already left my account. I cancelled the subscription to premium immediately, but it says my linked in will continue until the next billing date, which is one year from now. I learned from the trial, that linked in is not the platform for me, and will not be using it again. I’m happy to pay for this month, but want my money back for the rest of the ** months in ****.
GetHuman-qes did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
