I had signed up for a premium account (free trial) for work purposes and was planning to cancel the free subscription before I started the job until I had enough money to purchase the yearly subscription at the end of Jan-Feb as I am not in a financial position to purchase at the moment. **The payment for the monthly subscription must of bounced on renewal date as I did not have the funds in my account. Knowing this I cancelled my subscription from the apple store and my apple ID, however yesterday a payment of around £** was taken from my account for the services, after I cancelled the direct debit. I have contacted my bank and they have advised me to contact you and request for a refund on this money and have currently blocked any future payments to Likedin, I find the service very valuable, and is actually a necessity for my new employment. **I would like to request a refund for the money taken after I cancelled the subscription and the payment had not been accepted the first time, especially if I plan to get the yearly subscription in the coming month. **Kind regards, *Ashley Beebe
