If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hi,**I am the user of the following Linkedin Account:**Userid: *****@***.com**I was informed by someone via my outlook email yesterday: *****@***.com which is the email linked to my Gmail that my Linkedin account was hacked by him. The email provided the correct login password to my Linkedin account.**I changed the password and deleted the account but realised that one can always have sufficient time to sign-in again to reactivate the account.**What can you help? Can you please disallow this account to be reactivated. I can always register a new account.**The person threatens to send nasty materials to my contacts, appreciate your prompt action in this matter.**One question, I don’t think he hacked my outlook email but how come he can use my outlook email to send to the Linkedin account (actuall the addressee is the Linkedin password) and the email ended up in my outlook mailbox? **Thank you so much.**Chan Chee Keong ******@***.com******@***.com****-********
