Hello, I am Elvis from Engage Inc. in Mumbai, India. Approximately one week ago, I advertised a Graphic Designer position on LinkedIn, targeting candidates with 1-3 years of experience in Mumbai. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with the applicants: - Individuals like Zindane Zafar, Sumit Shrivastav, and Prerna Desai do not possess the necessary graphic design skills. - Candidates such as Anoop Kumar, Shreya Devalekar, Nitin Shekar, Siya Sinai Kerkar, Raghav Khsola, and Sumant Motkari are not based in Mumbai but located approximately [redacted] kilometers away. - A large majority of applicants exceed the experience requirement of 3 years, including those like Ishan Gavali, who has no relevant experience. - Many applicants are asking for salaries double what I am offering, despite my clear specifications. I am dissatisfied with the outcomes and hope for higher quality candidates or a refund to my bank account so I can explore other platforms like Indeed.

Hello, my name is Tria. I am a LinkedIn member. I recently noticed a charge of $87.75 on my account. I spoke with a representative via chat who informed me about the no refund policy. I am disappointed because I had forgotten about a job posting and was not notified of the upcoming charge. I expected to be charged only for the specified duration of the posting, similar to other social media platforms. I am not satisfied with the billing process and the lack of payment reminders. I would like a full refund as I am not very active on the site and the job posting did not receive much activity either. I will be more mindful of the policies moving forward. I hope to resolve this issue promptly and receive my refund. Thank you, Tria.

Hello, I'm Jared T. When I enrolled at Loyola University of New Orleans, I created a LinkedIn account with my university email. Since graduating, that email has been deactivated. I've forgotten my password and can't receive reset emails. I attempted to verify my identity with my driver's license, but the state watermark makes it hard to see part of my license number. I understand my next submission with my license may get denied. Is there a way I can regain access to my account? I am interested in upgrading to a premium LinkedIn account without having to start over. Thank you, Jared T.

Hello, I have noticed a significant accidental deduction from my account due to the unused premium subscription. I have recently canceled my LinkedIn Premium account. I have just observed this deduction. My account is under the name "americanmec" and my email is "[redacted]" The Receipt number is #[redacted]33 and the Invoice number is #[redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter promptly. I have stopped using promotions in my LinkedIn activity feed, as you can verify. It is crucial for me to have this resolved and to receive a refund as soon as possible. The amount deducted is substantial, and we are not in a position to afford this expense presently. Therefore, I kindly request that you proceed with the refund. Thank you, Nauman.

I signed up for a Premium trial and understood that after the trial, I would be on a monthly subscription of £50, which could be canceled anytime. I did not receive any notification from LinkedIn when the free trial ended, and I was automatically charged the full amount of £[redacted].88. I am requesting a partial refund of £[redacted].88 as I have used Premium for 2 months (1 free and 1 chargeable). Currently, I do not need access to the Premium features and wish to cancel the service entirely. At sign-up, it was not made clear that the full amount would be deducted without notice after the trial period. I feel this was misleading and has caused a financial loss. Thank you, Becki D.

On December 2, [redacted], I responded to a post on LinkedIn and a member named Bonnie Simovic from All Together Tax & Bookkeeping LLC in Portland, Oregon contacted me regarding joining my network. Later, Bonnie reached out with a proposal concerning a company in need of bookkeeping services. After exchanging emails, Bonnie mentioned that KIRII CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS CO., LTD. would contact me. I received an email in Japanese from them, which I had to translate. When I realized the company was based in Japan, I declined the offer since I prefer not to work outside the USA. I discovered that others on LinkedIn have also been contacted by this individual who changed their name after connecting with me. This is concerning, and I urge LinkedIn to investigate this potential fraudulent activity. I have saved all the correspondence related to this issue. Thank you for your attention.

I signed up for a free trial of LinkedIn Premium on November 7, [redacted], with the intention of canceling before the trial ended. However, on December 9, I was charged $[redacted].39, which seems unusually high. I am willing to pay for one month, but not this amount. I have not received a statement or any notification regarding this charge. I kindly request to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for this transaction, aside from the one month's charge. Please confirm that this matter will be resolved promptly. Thank you.

Dear LinkedIn Support, I recently tried to update my LinkedIn profile, and I was offered a free trial for LinkedIn Premium. I have noticed that I was unexpectedly charged a substantial amount, almost [redacted] DKK for a year. I did not anticipate this charge, and I am unsure about the benefits of LinkedIn Premium, as my bank statement mentions television and streaming services. Despite the charge, I have not utilized the premium features and did not receive any notification beforehand. As someone currently unemployed with expenses exceeding my income, this situation has put me in financial distress. My bank has requested a meeting due to this transaction, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this matter and request a refund. I joined LinkedIn with the goal of improving my financial situation, and this unexpected charge has significantly impacted me. Any help you can provide to rectify this issue and refund my money would be greatly appreciated.

My linked account registered under the email address ([redacted]) has been restricted without any explanation. Despite my efforts to find direct contact information such as email or telephone number, I have been unsuccessful. I sent a copy of my passport to LinkedIn customer service yesterday as proof of my identity, but there has been no resolution as of today. I am disappointed for the following reasons: 1. My account was restricted without any warning or justification. 2. Lack of direct contact channels for LinkedIn Support Service. 3. Inability to access my account to correct information or delete duplications. 4. Insufficient information on dealing with Restricted Accounts and lack of prompt support from customer service.

Hi Team, I recently signed up for a free trial of LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, and unfortunately, my debit card was charged INR [redacted] after I forgot to cancel the subscription in time. I find it concerning that I did not receive any reminder emails from LinkedIn regarding the upcoming renewal of my subscription. It feels unfair on their part and seems like they are taking advantage of customers. INR [redacted] is a significant amount for me, and discovering the charge on my bank statement was quite a shock. I am formally requesting a full refund for this transaction. I retired a few years ago and closed my LinkedIn and California Microsystems Inc. accounts at that time. However, I have been receiving emails regarding LinkedIn even after requesting removal in August [redacted]. Despite assurances from LinkedIn expert Benjamin N., I received a new message on April 7, [redacted], to my personal email from an unknown source. Today, I received emails from a realtor on both my personal and professional email addresses. A search showed that there is still information online about California Microsystems. I am concerned about how my personal email and company email were made public. Could you please ensure all references to me and my old companies, including phone numbers and emails, are removed?

I was charged for Sales Navigator despite not intending to continue after the free trial. The deadline to cancel it was before December 16, [redacted], yet LinkedIn deducted the fee. I don't plan to use the service and request a refund. The fee is substantial, and I do not wish to be charged for services I am not interested in. I have already canceled my subscription. Please process the refund accordingly.

I had a LinkedIn account many years ago with an old AOL email that I no longer have access to. I am encountering difficulty logging in with my new email to update my profile for job searches. I submitted my driver's license as proof of identity and provided my new email, [redacted], which is similar to the old AOL address. When I click on the LinkedIn email, it directs me to the AOL address and requests a password I cannot remember. Another issue is that the reply mentioned the email was already in use, which I believe refers to my Outlook email. This situation is more frustrating and confusing than I anticipated. I am eager to update my old LinkedIn profile promptly. However, I am struggling to receive the necessary assistance to resolve this matter. Your help in clarifying the steps to rectify this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -James Thompson

I am looking to be refunded for an erroneous double charge of $31.00 on an unused subscription. The charges are affecting my bank account even though it's my brother, C. Landfried, who has the subscription. I've been unable to find a valid contact number to address this issue directly. I prefer a phone conversation to reach a resolution promptly. If not, I will resort to writing a formal complaint. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. - M. Landfried

I am the owner of Alberta Storage Place Ltd. I maintain active pages on Linkedin and Alignable for my current company. However, I am facing issues with a previous company, ASP Alberta Storage Place Inc., as I am unable to contact the former employee who has the password to its Linkedin account, which I want to delete. I seek assistance in resolving these matters promptly.

Last week, my LinkedIn account got restricted without any explanation. I was actively using it to boost my writing and motivational speaking career, having built up nearly [redacted] connections in just 4 months. Despite facing offensive language on some posts due to my strong opinions, I always maintained a positive presence. What baffles me is the lack of a warning or any insight into why my account was restricted. I'm eager to have it reactivated quickly. Additionally, I've been requesting to increase the character limit from 1,[redacted] to 2,[redacted] but have received no response. Many others share my view that the current limit hinders effective expression. I appreciate your prompt attention to these matters!

Hello, I recently noticed a charge on my credit card from Linkedin for Sales Navigator that I was unaware of until I received an email stating I went over my credit limit. I do not use nor want the software and would like a refund. Unfortunately, I did not see the charge earlier to cancel it. This unexpected cost has put me over my credit limit and caused financial strain, impacting my ability to pay bills and provide for my family. I kindly request a refund as the service is of no use to me. Especially during this financially challenging time of the year, I hope you understand and can assist me with this issue. I await your prompt response. Regards, Greg
