For no apparent reason I was locked out of my account. I changed the password. Still locked out. I tried to submit my ID (keeping the image below * mb). Still locked out. Tried various ways to contact you, looked on forums but no joy as my specific issue regarding not being able to verify my ID was not answered. It seems LinkedIn expects its customers to resolve problems on their own or with other members with its software and technical issues which I think is unacceptable. No wonder LinkedIn does not rate highly for customer service, since it is non-existent. I would like to be able to recover my account and need someone to fix the technical issues for me.
GetHuman-shehlaa did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
