The issue in GetHuman-jmetsonl's own words
I’ve been paying for premium service, but I am locked out of my account by Linkin. This is an anomaly that should be corrected immediately by LinkedIn. I’m tired of trying to access the service and be told that I cannot be helped. When I attempt to call the number provided, only a voicemail message indicates that the address of LinkedIn is available, no other services are you offered. I am actually very disappointed in the fact that you give out a phony phone number to your clients. That is insulting to anyone’s intelligence. There’s a very substantial defect in your Provision of service. It’s not like your Apple or Microsoft and that programs inquired about are free. I’m paying ** bucks a month and expect that if I have a problem that I can get it addressed with a person directly without having to wait for a response to an inquiring email to get help. It’s a very icky feeling to have a company snowball me like you guys have snowballed me. The idea that as a paying subscription service, you can shield yourself from having a dialogue with your clients. I want to hear back from somebody about this laundry list of complaints. Is that going to happen?
GetHuman-jmetsonl did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
