Cancel premium subscription ... Hi,*My LinkedIn account with login ID as "*****@***.com" is blocked and still it got charged for the premium subscription on **********. Please initiate a refund since the account is blocked and I no longer have access to it and kindly remove the card details too in order to avoid any future charges o the same card.**Thanks,*Vaishnavi******@***.com
The account is blocked or restricted still it got charged with a premium subscription fee. What is the use of Premium Subscription when the account itself is blocked or restricted for user access.
I would request to please refund the premium subscription amount back to the mode of payment and if possible give the access back to continue on LinkedIn.
I am not a vintage user nor I am extremely new I have been on linked for quite a while and I really like it. I was also trying to build leads by taking business account, but it got locked for some reason.
Created another account and had put a request through that to release the block from user Id "V*****@***.com". Bu there was no response for the service request.
How GetHuman-vaishfc fixed the problem
