However, I would like to bring to your attention regarding this:**) I have not received any notification regarding the near expiration date of the One-month free trial and my card has been charged straight away for that billing on the *nd of Dec ****, which I have only realised today through my bank instead of your company notification.*According to your policy, the users are supposed to be receiving notification before the expiration of date so that the users will be able to decide whether they would like to continue or cancel, this has not been sent to my inbox at all!***) I have found this email on my spam (not even inbox) as well (as attached) that my account has been suspended thus no deduction should happen if it's suspended.**I would like to request for the refund as I have cancelled the subscription immediately upon the notification from my bank and no services have been used from my side.
