Team,*I have been a Premium member for the past three years. Two months ago I decided to suspend my service because my father passed away and I needed the money. when I stoped Linkedin emailed me a one momth free trial premium offer which I availed. And by mistake I selected “recruiter” when I am not a recruiter ans not interested in this service ...As you can imagine, since my father passed away I am not checking my emails .. linkedin appearntly sent me a reminder a week ago that my one month trial finished and I will be billed strating Dec*. I did not read this email due to my curcumstances. And now I am being charged over a **** dollars (****dhs)for the recruiter premium without my authentification. This is very not fair and disappointing. After being a loyal Premium member For many years .....* This is indeed a big amount for me during this harsh time of mine! I need your support to help me by doing one of the below :**) Refund the money and cancel my Premium subscription (prefered)**)change my premium type to job seeker, refund the * year value you billed me and charge me on a monthly basis like before.**Your urgent attention to my issue is kindly requested. I am going through some really tough time emotionally and financially and I can provide you with any proof you need including my fathers death certificate.
