Absolute shambles!**You locked me out of my account by demanding that my password be reset. I never had a problem with my password - I distinctly remember having to reset it previously due to a data breach.**Then, because I no longer have access to the email address that is linked to my account I had to verify my identity, which I have done three times!**Twice you've sent me a link to reset my password and each time it has failed! What an utterly garbage service. **If this isn't dealt with rapidly I'd much rather you deleted my account.
