I am retired individual who serves on several volunteer boards, when linden offered a free **-day trial upgrade I thought I would try it with every intention of cancelling by the **-days. I never used the Premium Service. I cancelled on day after the **-days, the **th day fell on Labor Day. I would be happy to pay for * months service, but to be charged for a whole year is PREDATORY. Your refund policy states "you may qualify for a refund if you are using our services for yourself(instead of for a business.) Even though I did not even use your service, I am an individual and not a service. You make it impossible to contact you to discuss this matter.
