I signed up for recruiter thinking it would be beneficial for me however I came to find that it was unnecessarily difficult to use and while I selected that I would like to be contacted by your team, the phone calls were incessant and frustrating. I cancelled recruiter and would like to have a refund for the recent billing charge. I was SHOCKED to see how much it charged considering when I signed up, it said there would be one free month followed with a monthly charge of $**.**. I was charged $*,*** on *****. This is inexcusable. I called your customer service number and wasn't allowed to do anything but press * for an address. I am very frustrated and would be thankful for some relief.
