I tried to sign up for my free one month upgrade to a premium account and the website failed on my while it was processing. I continued to receive emails encouraging me to use my free upgrade to my premium account, so I was under the impression that my account was not actually upgraded, and so I didn’t think I needed to cancel anything. I was charged the $**.** subscription cost and I did not want to be, as I was under the impression that my account had not been upgraded to premium and if so, I only wanted the one free month. Because of this, I was also charged an overdraft fee from my bank. I would like the subscription price refunded ASAP. Thank you for your help.
