I was charged $***.** on my recent credit card bill and had no idea what is was for. Turns out I erroneously agreed to pay for a subscription to the Sales Navigator tool. I don't want this and believe it is not a fair practice to charge someone and not alert them that the invoice is coming up BEFORE the billing cycle. I am now informed that I cannot cancel for a year since the cycle came and went. I would like a full refund. If this is not possible, I will report this to my payments company to pursue. Thank you.
