Can I speak to someone on the phone rather than on skype or an app. I've tried calling the * you have on your site .... ***-***-****. The only information it provides is an address. Your site says that the wait time is approx. ** min. I'm not even getting a recording stating that lines are busy etc. Is this the right * ??

I cannot gain access to my account. The e-mail I provided is the e-mail from my previous employer. Any attempts I've made to login, e-mails for retrieval get sent to my previous employer. I need to update my information and use my account for job searching. Can I get access to change my e-mail contact changed? I've tried and have been asked to upload a pic of my passport or drivers license. This information wasn't provided when I set up the account so I'm hesitant to upload anything due to identity fraud. I have called the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and they agreed that this might not be safe. All I want is access to my account. I can answer any security questions that were provided when the account was set up. Please Help ......... Thank you
