My website was compromised recently, and my email address was changed without my authorization. As a result, I was unable to access my account, and spam emails were sent from it. I received a notification from LinkedIn indicating that a new email address, [redacted], was added to my account. This is not my email address, and I did not make this change. I am concerned about the security breach and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. I received an email regarding my LinkedIn account with instructions on removing an email address. Hello, I recently left my previous job and faced some challenges with the new business owner during my departure. Unfortunately, they have changed my email password, locking me out of my old email account, and have taken control of my LinkedIn profile without my permission. I have been receiving calls from friends and clients alerting me to the unauthorized changes made to my LinkedIn profile, but I am unable to access it to rectify the situation. Hello, I recently experienced a hacking incident with my email and mobile number. This caused me to have concerns about potential misuse of my personal information, leading me to close my social media accounts. Unfortunately, during this process, I mistakenly deactivated my LinkedIn account. Hello, I am Zain Azad from Karachi, Pakistan, an advocate by profession. Two days ago, my LinkedIn account was restricted, and I am unsure of the reasons behind it. I have been receiving a "temporary restricted" message each time I attempt to log in. It has been over a month now since I tried submitting my ID along with a letter of apology multiple times, but I have not received any response. I had numerous meaningful conversations and connections on the platform that were like a family to me, and I never missed a day interacting with them. Being abruptly cut off like this feels unfair. I just wish to know what is happening or if this is the end. Please provide me with some information. I noticed a potential issue I wanted to share. Recently, I connected with Bonnie Sommer on LinkedIn and we started chatting. After a while, she asked to switch to texting, which I agreed to. Everything seemed normal at first, with pictures and details matching her profile. However, I later discovered that the original LinkedIn profile had been deleted, and there are now three other Bonnie Sommer profiles with limited information. When I tried calling the number she provided, it turned out to be for text messages only. I'm concerned that the original profile may have been compromised, and I might have been in contact with a scammer.

I have received emails from a company inquiring about investing in our business, which seemed suspicious. The individual claims to be affiliated with the investment firm Chrysalix. However, after contacting Chrysalix Venture Capital directly, I was informed that this is a scam. The scammers have even created a fake company profile on LinkedIn to make their scheme appear legitimate. According to Chrysalix Venture Capital, they are aware of the situation but have been unsuccessful in stopping it. Hello team, I am an employee of UniversalHunt and have been using my personal account for some time. I decided to try out the premium features on LinkedIn, as they were offering a free one-month trial. I mistakenly entered the wrong expiry date and CVV to access the premium subscription for free. Today, on the day I intended to cancel before the one-month trial ended, INR [redacted] was deducted from my account without any prior notice. I am unable to afford this unexpected charge, especially for a service I no longer need. As an average earner, this amount means a lot to me. I kindly request your team to refund this deduction promptly, as I have already cancelled the subscription on my personal account and only use premium accounts at work. Hello LinkedIn, I recently discovered that my LinkedIn profile has been duplicated three times without my consent. Fake accounts were created stating I am seeking job opportunities, which has misled recruiters. The fraudulent accounts belonging to me are: Teresita S. Arendela, CPA; Teresita ‘Tet’ Arendela; and Teresita ‘Tet’ S. Arendela. I have already reported and blocked the first two accounts, and a new one was created today. The imposter account has been inviting my current colleagues to connect. Although I deactivated my original LinkedIn account in June [redacted], I had to create a new one to address this issue. I signed up for LinkedIn in [redacted] or [redacted] using my former work email, [redacted] After leaving that job, I attempted to update my email to my personal one, [redacted] I believe I logged in successfully from home in June or July this year and changed my password, which I might have unfortunately misplaced. Despite requesting a temporary password multiple times, I have not received any emails from LinkedIn. Strangely, when I tried to create a new account with my home email, I was informed it was already in use. I am confused as to why I am not receiving the temporary password if my email is still linked to the account. I urgently need to access my LinkedIn profile as I am actively job hunting and have valuable connections there. Your platform offers valuable resources that I would like to utilize now. I approved the running of text ads for my business twice, once for Oct 10, [redacted], and once for Oct 17, [redacted], each with a $15.00 spend limit. The ads stopped when hitting the limit. I was contacted by a person claiming to be Dr. James Yanney regarding a job opportunity. He asked to be contacted via phone. I called the provided number linked to his LinkedIn profile. Dr. Yanney owns two companies related to security systems and hacking. After our conversation, I noticed changes on my LinkedIn profile where endorsements and companies I liked were missing. Only Coca Cola was left, which I am taking legal action against. I am seeking advice on how to restore my account to its previous state before his interference. I have screenshots of the changes made and suspect my account was compromised. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my previous email, [redacted], due to issues with my iCloud account, which has also been compromised. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a one-year subscription for the India Recruiter License on 22nd October [redacted] with assistance from Mr. Rahul Chandra. I clearly requested the license assignment to be done to [redacted] during the purchase, but it was assigned to [redacted] by mistake. Despite confirming this via email, the issue has not been resolved. We have been following up to change it to the correct email address, [redacted], but it has not been resolved yet. We urge for a quick resolution as it is frustrating to face service issues even after making the payment.

I approved two text ad campaigns for my business on October 10, [redacted], and October 17, [redacted], each with a budget of $15.00 per day. Both campaigns were running smoothly until I noticed I was billed more than $30.00. The latest charge of over $90.00 on October 24, [redacted], seems excessive and unauthorized. I am Dr. Okay Peter Onyia, a professor at the University of Wollongong in Dubai, formerly of Lindenwood University in the US and Bournemouth University in the UK. I initially set up my LinkedIn account while at Bournemouth and continued to use it during my time at Lindenwood until August [redacted] when I moved to my current position. Despite these changes, LinkedIn has not allowed me to update my main email address from my previous institution to my current university email. It is unreasonable to ask me to create a new profile after maintaining one for over 6 years. Now that I no longer have access to my previous email from Lindenwood, I urgently need to update my email information on LinkedIn to continue using and updating my profile. I established my LinkedIn profile during my time at Bournemouth and subsequently used it during my tenure at Lindenwood for nearly six years until August [redacted], when I moved to my current position. Despite this, I am encountering difficulties as LinkedIn is not allowing me to update my primary email address from the one associated with Lindenwood to my current university email. It seems unreasonable to be asked to create a new profile after investing over six years in building my current one. As I am no longer affiliated with Lindenwood and no longer use their email, I am eager to switch my main email to my current work address or designate my current secondary email as the primary. Subject: Issue with Charges and Invoices Dear Sir, I am writing regarding the recent charges on my account. An amount of Rs.[redacted] has been deducted for posts without my knowledge, despite being a premium user under the RECRUITER LITE MONTHLY RENEWAL PLAN. I am concerned as no intimation was provided before using my Amex Credit Card for this charge. This action comes across as dishonest, considering the trust placed in your platform. If no resolution is met within two days, I will have to share my experience on LinkedIn to caution others about such misuse and breach of trust.
