Combine * profiles but I would settle for closing out the *nd profile if this isn’t possible. ... I’m trying to combine my * profiles but no longer have access to the first profile’s email C*****@***.com. In trying to get access this morning I sent my ID but since I used the new email address C*****@***.com my request didn’t go thru. Please help
I’ve tried to do this previously without success. I gave up because I wasn’t getting the help I needed. I’m now seeking a new job & really need access to either both profiles or just the original profile that I set up with email C*****@***.com. I no longer work there so don’t have access to that email address. I then started a new profile with new employment but this limited profile has little value
Please either combine the * profiles I listed or close the *nd and allow me access to the original profile

I sent my ID info to try to access original profile but since I used current email on *nd profile, my request was rejected. I sent this info thru the email support staff & tried to call both without a resolution
