If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-tatumbr's own words
This happened in the middle of the night. I was not even on my machine. ... On ********** my LinkedIn acct was hacked. I received an email at *:**am stating the email address *****@***.com was added to my account. I recovered the account on ******** after sending a copy of my Driver's License, changed the password, and added two factor authentication. An email was sent out by someone pretending to be me, asking for resumes to be sent to *****@***.com . This is not my gmail account. *I'm locked out again. I am still being charged $****month for RecruiterLite on top of the $***month I pay for premium, and I am not able to get into the account. I've sent in my Driver's License pic again. I need this fixed asap.
My job depends on LinkedIn. Also, I have over *,*** connections that have continued to receive a bogus email from me that I never sent.
I need my account recovered, and I want a refund for the RecruiterLite subscription for the month of October. I've not been able to use it, and this hacking incident has not helped my business.
