Refund ... I signed up for a LinkedIn free trial, because I wanted to try out LinkedIn Learning. I used sight maybe three times at most. The emails regarding the charge were not only filtered into junk mail, they didn't clearly state there was an impending charge. That is until I got an email, also filtered into junk mail, regarding a payment decline. Also in my junk mail is an email that says "Adam, it's been a while since you last signed in to LinkedIn." I was just billed today. I have only gone on the website to cancel my subscription and learn how to get a refund. Please get back to me as soon as you can, you took all of my money. I am a full time student without a job. I have to buy my medications. My account name is Adam Rutherford. My email is *****@***.com. My number is (***) ***-****.
Because, having a tiny box everyone will miss, and automatically signing people up for premium is a misleading, and an underhanded business tactic. If I wanted to pay for Premium I would go to your sight and sign up for it after the free trial, like any other website.
I want a full refund.
I signed up for the free trial because I wanted to try out LinkedIn Learning. I didn't expect to have all of my money taken out of my account just before I'm about to pay for my medications.
I have tried calling both numbers I could find. (Finding them takes a few searches) The first one just directs me to your offices, something I can find online. The second tells me you aren't taking calls.
