Help with my LinkedIn issue

I left my previous employer and forgot to switch e mail to private account. In addition I forgot my password as I had a direct link. I applied to change my e mail address and even sent a passport photo. I got a case message saying the linked in team will get back to me but now over a week. The case is V* (******-******). If I can get my e mail reset I think I can then reset my password to get access to my account. This is urgent.
GetHuman-dhamaty did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
