Hi there,**I subscribed as a Business customer, but I found a job last November and forgot to close my business subscription. I was billed over £*** last month and don't think I was notified. My job is not well paid, I am financially in duress, my business is not operating and I cannot afford to lose this money - particularly since it has no benefit to me. I cancelled my account today as soon as I saw the charge on my credit card. Please, please, please could you refund it?
