I did the Premium free trial and I KNOW I cancelled the subscription before today, because I knew I would be charged today. I canceled it a week or so ago, and yet, I was still charged. I cancelled the subscription AGAIN this afternoon. I demand to be reimbursed the $**.** I was charged today. I would also appreciate the opportunity to speak with an actual person regarding this. I specifically cancelled in advance to avoid this situation exactly. If I do not receive a phone call from a live person or receive my properly owed reimbursement, then I may be forced to seek legal counsel.
