I just accepted a new position and had to do some linkedin learning trainings as a part of my onboarding. Was completely unaware that I was signing up for a premium account, and was just charged *** dollars this morning for a service that I had no intention of purchasing. I have no use for linkedin premium and was given zero notice via email or anything that I had been signed up for a premium account or that I would be charged in the coming weeks. I need to speak to someone in customer service to help me get a refund as this is not a service I want, or should be paying for as I never wanted to sign up for a premium account, thanks.
