Hello, I did the one month free trial of the platinum membership and was supposed to cancel on the *rd or else I’d get charged for the months of October. I was having a hard time cancelling on my acct until the *rd. I somehow accessed the FAQ and the link under the question about cancellation was right there (made it easy for me to cancel as opposed to what I have been doing- trying to cancel through my setting). Long story short, I was able to cancel on the *rd* however, I was still charged $** on the *th of October. I don’t know if cancellation takes a day or two to kick in but even if that was the case, I am not a premium member for the months of October as I have cancelled early on in the month. for that, I would like to see about getting refunded for the month of October, or at least get a prorated refund.
