Hi, *I accepted the free month of Premium which expired on August **th. Two or three days after this date I first attempted to cancel this service on the website, as it was not of any benefit to me. I was not able to figure out how to do this initially. After numerous attempts I was finally able to cancel this service but at this point it was * or maybe * days too late. I am asking for you to have mercy and reverse the $**.** charge you submitted to my Discover account Aug. **. I never utilized nor benefited from this Premium service. Also, it has been a tough couple of months. We spent over $*** on veterinarian services and meds trying keep one of our rescue dogs alive. Then sadly, spent another $*** to euthanize him in-home on Sept. **th. Your help and understanding would be much appreciated. **Thank you,*Greg Dolnick
