I am contacting on behalf of Carter Willard regarding an issue with his email address. When attempting to set up his account, it appears that Cheryl Willyerd has already used his email for her profile. Despite trying to reset the password, it seems Cheryl's account is linked to Carter's email. I have informed Cheryl and suggested she update her profile with a correct email. Carter has also tried to reach out to Cheryl regarding this matter, but the issue remains unresolved. Assistance in rectifying this situation so Carter can secure his profile under his email would be greatly appreciated.

I was let go from my previous company and have lost access to the email linked to my LinkedIn account. Although LinkedIn customer service changed my email upon verifying my ID, I am unable to reset my password to regain access. Despite trying the Password Reset feature, I have not received the email with the reset link. I urgently need to reset my password to log in. Ideally, if LinkedIn could reset it and provide a temporary password to my email, I would update it in my account settings. If this is not possible, I require a password reset email, which I have not been receiving (not even in spam). If allowed through the Help Center, I could add a phone number to try resetting the password via phone. Thank you, J.

Recently, my account was hacked, and a suspicious notice was sent out to my contacts without my consent. The email promotes a job opportunity with CheckMark Inc ® via LinkedIn. They promise $[redacted] per assignment but require no sign-up fee. The hackers also changed my contact email to [redacted] In the past, my account was deleted by hackers, but this time they are still using it to communicate with others. I would like to know if it's possible to save my account and move it to a new email address. If not, please deactivate this compromised account. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account. Originally, I used [redacted], which was associated with a company that got acquired by Repsol Oil & Gas. I remember linking two accounts a few months back. The primary email on my profile appears to be [redacted], which is outdated and no longer in use. Recently, I received a notification in red on LinkedIn stating that the email address could not be found. I tried to update it to [redacted], my current active email, but LinkedIn did not accept the change. Another email that might have been linked is [redacted], but this email is also no longer active since May. My account holds [redacted] connections that are important to me, and I need help in retrieving it. I was using LinkedIn until a few days ago, but now I can't seem to locate my account. Thank you, Irene Anderson.

On September 9, [redacted], Braham Football Trials was restricted from LinkedIn. The company has maintained a presence on LinkedIn since [redacted] but began operating actively in May [redacted]. In addition to LinkedIn, it can be found on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Sportin, Toptalent, and YouTube. With two registered players, one Nigerian and the other Spanish, Braham Football Trials charges €[redacted] for representation but never pressures players to sign up. All transactions are conducted solely through official company platforms, and the company maintains detailed transaction records. Braham Football Trials, like other reputable businesses, only uses its logo as a display picture. While attempting to help African football clubs lacking kits by partnering with KitsAid UK and Kit4causes, a disagreement over kit delivery led to a report by an individual who doubted the company's intentions. Despite this, Braham Football Trials asserts its integrity and requests the opportunity to explain its absence to followers and be monitored by LinkedIn moving forward.

Our account was recently temporarily restricted on the 9th of September, [redacted]. Braham Football Trials, which has been on LinkedIn since [redacted], got restricted from the platform. Braham Football Trials began operating on LinkedIn in May [redacted] and is also active on 7 other social media platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Sportin, Toptalent, and YouTube. The company represents 2 registered players, one from Nigeria and the other from Spain. Braham Football Trials charges €[redacted] for player representation and does not pressure any player to register. Transactions are solely conducted through the company's platforms, and all records are meticulously maintained. The company strictly uses its logo as the display picture and has not attempted to conceal its IP address. An individual reported Braham Football Trials due to a disagreement over a kit delivery issue with no money involved, stemming from the company's partnership with KitsAid UK and Kit4causes to assist African football clubs in need of kits. The reporting party believed Braham Football Trials made false promises, alleging the company's authenticity is in question.

Hello, my LinkedIn account has been restricted. The reason for this restriction is that I was attempting to edit the accounts of four teammates. I logged in and out using the same IP address using Firefox. Now, all my teammates' accounts have also been restricted. Can anyone assist us, please? I am unsure of what steps to take. How can I reach LinkedIn customer service? My primary Gmail account is [redacted] and my secondary Gmail account is [redacted]. The LinkedIn accounts of my teammates are as follows: 1. [redacted] 2. [redacted] 3. [redacted] 4. [redacted]. How can we regain access to our accounts? I apologize for my actions, as I was only trying to assist them with updating their profiles. I hope this situation can be resolved. Thank you. Sina

My LinkedIn account has been compromised. After opening a suspicious PDF file that prompted me to log into my Gmail account, my login email ([redacted]) was changed to [redacted] and my password was reset. I received a notification on my alternate email address about the changes made. The hacker accessed my Gmail account using the stolen credentials. I updated my password from the email account, but my original LinkedIn email is no longer valid. The sender of the malicious PDF was Arturo Picones, who might have also fallen victim to hacking. I am concerned about unauthorized activities on my LinkedIn account.

Hello, I accidentally shared some information that I didn't want to be public. Specifically, when updating my profile, it was posted that "Sue starts a new position..." and received congratulations from 20 people, despite my plans to change jobs and keeping it private. Can you please promptly remove the "Sue starts a new position..." post? Additionally, kindly delete the Cornerstone College of Virginia logo and make sure it's not featured prominently on my profile. It should be located after my lecturer position. I urgently need to switch my profile to private mode to avoid any further exposure. Thank you for your assistance.

My name is Tony S. and it seems like my account has been compromised. About two weeks back, I noticed that I couldn't access my account, and it claimed my email address wasn't valid, although I use it successfully for other platforms except for LinkedIn. After reaching out through the site with an alternate email, I received no response. So, today, I called the customer service number 1-[redacted] that I found online and spoke to Peter. He mentioned that my account had been hacked from an IP address in Dallas, Texas, and that it would cost $[redacted] to recover it. I find it unfair to pay extra on top of my monthly LinkedIn subscription to regain access. I am concerned about the security of my personal and billing information. I am hopeful that LinkedIn will take the necessary steps to reinstate my account with all my connections promptly. I value my long-standing account with LinkedIn and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you.

I logged into my account and it was suddenly restricted. I was asked to verify my identity and change my password, which I did. However, my account remains inaccessible with no further updates on when this will be resolved. It has been over 24 hours, and LinkedIn has not addressed the issue or contacted me. When I tried calling, they were not taking calls. I left a message with the Sales Department, but no one returned my call. After finally receiving an email stating that the restriction was lifted, I attempted to change my password but was unsuccessful. Even though they claimed the restriction was removed, I still can't access my account. I keep receiving password reset links that don't work. This has been going on for three days now, and I am unable to log in. Erica called me and helped reinstate my access. Thanks!

Hello, I am experiencing a frustrating issue with LinkedIn that I hope can be addressed. I am currently unable to add new connections as I am being notified that I have too many pending invitations. While some may argue that this is a measure to prevent spamming, I wish to present the following reasons why I find this situation frustrating: 1. The majority of these pending invitations were encouraged by LinkedIn when it prompted me to import contacts. Essentially, I am facing repercussions for having many contacts, some of whom may not actively use their accounts. 2. I am struggling to locate a method to retract these prompted invitations or even if possible, it would be incredibly time-consuming. 3. The individuals I am unable to invite due to the "too many pending invitations" restriction are recommended to me by LinkedIn. It is disheartening to see interesting people suggested on my homepage whom I wish to connect with, only to be unable to do so. Additionally, if I view their profile, they may interpret my interest incorrectly. 4. I did not receive any prior notice regarding a limit on the number of outstanding invitations I could send or any indication that I was approaching this threshold. Overall, this is a significant obstacle for me as LinkedIn has been a valuable networking tool that I have greatly appreciated and utilized effectively. I hope that someone from LinkedIn can assist in resolving this matter so that I can continue benefiting from this platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Tim A

I have been using LinkedIn for years, starting with my old work email [redacted] before switching to [redacted] as I began my own business. However, after changing my email, my former employer accessed my account without permission, locking me out. I have reported this to the financial ombudsman as my ex-employer also tried to access my web domain, confirmed by our provider. They have even sent viruses through emails to sabotage us. I need my account reactivated with my current email, as my contacts are crucial for my business. You can verify my usage with my mobile number - [redacted]5. Please contact me promptly at [redacted] or 0[redacted].

Dear Sir/Madam, I am experiencing issues with my account where I can't see updates or post content. This problem is causing bigger issues as I manage social media for my company. Today, I posted using a social media management tool, but the update is not visible on my feed or the company page. The post's reach is lower than usual, and I can't locate it on the company page. Additionally, when attempting to share the company post on my personal page via a provided link, it doesn't appear in my activity. Please address this promptly. Regards, Katerina I.

My name is Stephen B. I used to work at Resolute Management in Philadelphia. On September 14, my computer got hacked, and the hacker accessed sensitive information like my social security number, birthdate, and hometown. I am on disability and haven't worked since [redacted]. I haven't actively used my LinkedIn account since around [redacted], except for a few exceptions with a profile photo. To my surprise, my account showed up as the second result in a Google search of my name. There were 13 searches by 8 people between September 18 and September 25, which alarmed me. The hacker now has my detailed bio and photo from my LinkedIn account. I have deleted the photo, employment details, and the account itself, but I'm concerned about someone creating a new account using my information. How can I prevent LinkedIn from allowing this to happen again?

Hello, I received the verification link and successfully reset my password, but I am still unable to remove the unauthorized email associated with my account. Despite trying to verify my email through the link provided, I am encountering issues. My account is now restricted due to these unauthorized activities. I am having difficulty with the photo verification process as it seems unable to read my driver's license. It appears my account has been hacked as there are solicitations for money on it. While I managed to change my password, removing the unauthorized email has proved unsuccessful. I am unable to close the account or begin again due to the current restrictions. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I failed to cancel my LinkedIn Business Premium trial before the card was charged, which I only realized afterward. I am not a business and am seeking a full or partial refund. I request the opportunity to contact a LinkedIn representative via phone or email to address this issue. I was charged $[redacted].47 on Sept 10, [redacted], and believe I deserve at least a conversation to discuss my account, billing, and request a refund or change my account status. Financially, I cannot afford this premium subscription, and it was an unintentional oversight not canceling in time. I am willing to pay for the trial period and any subsequent days as a gesture of goodwill for my mistake.
