My name is Courtney, I am with Onebridge (formerly SmartIT). We are having billing issues. Originally we bought Recruiter Professional. Had many quarterly subscriptions and paid them just fine. We then decided we wanted to "upgrade" and buy Sales Navigator. We tried it for a bit, and then realized no one was even utilizing it. But- we had already bought a subscription with Sales Navigator. Seeing as you don't do refunds, you allowed us to do a product swap. In other words, you let us take the remaining subscription of what we had for Sales Navigator and "swap it" for an equivalent subscription in Recruiter Professional. We paid out invoice number * (***********)- a quarterly subscription for Recruiter (******-*******) for $**,*** on *******. We paid out Invoice *********** (for recruiter again on ****-****) on **** for $*,***. The following are our issues:**) We keep getting a late invoice notice for Sales Navigator Team. We do not want this product anymore. This invoice number is *********** for $*,***.**.**) Invoice *********** was originally meant to be a PO for Sales Navigator. It was changed to be a product swap for Recruiter Professional. Because we already bought a quarterly subscription on **** for Recruiter professional, does this three month subscription get postponed until *******? It says it will cover ****-****, so can we start this subscription after the first has completed on *******?
GetHuman-ckvachko did not yet indicate what LinkedIn should do to make this right.
